Building AI Strategy
Building the knowledge to confidently engage with AI technologies, strengthen security programs, align with global standards, and drive ethical, secure AI adoption across organizations, does not come automatically.
It takes time and effort, an effort I'm happy to put. This time I decided to get a more wide approach to AI strategies, although more focused on cybersecurity and, as always, compliance. ISC2 offers a new certificate, called Building AI Strategy. I decided to attend the courses, to get this certificate. The courses involved are:
- Foundations of AI
- AI for Cybersecurity
- Aligning with Global AI Regulations
- Planning for Secure by Design AI
- AI Security: Managing Overconfidence
- The Evolving Cybersecurity Workforce
Overall a valuable experience. Although at my level and with my current experience, a lot of knowledge is just reminded, there are always opportunities to learn new things, such as the Practical Library Of Threats 4 Artificial Intelligence.
My suggestion is that people should invest time in learning more about AI. Especially business leaders, board members and advisors, should get more exposure on strategies for responsible, ethical and secure deployment of AI initiatives in their organizations.
